We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason you feel that we haven't met your expectations, please contact us at support@agilepacks.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping
We ship try to process and ship all orders the following business day. Within the U.S., all of our planning kits ship Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days after your order has been processed.

Orders shipping outside the continental U.S. can take a few extra days to arrive.

Returns 
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your AgilePacks purchase, we allow returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds 
After we receive and process your return we will issue a credit to the original payment source for your purchase. While we always do our best to process returns in a timely manner, please be aware banks and credit card companies have their own timelines for issuing credits.

Exchanges 
Please contact us If you receive any AgilePacks products that are defective or damaged and are not 100% satisfied. Send us an email at info@agilepacks.com with detailed information regarding the problem.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
