Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We aim to process and ship all orders the following business day. Within the U.S., all of our planning kits ship Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days after your order has been processed.
Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. can take longer to arrive depending on the shipping method you select.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your AgilePacks purchase, we allow returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
After we receive and process your return we will issue a credit to the original payment source for your purchase. While we always do our best to process returns in a timely manner, please be aware banks and credit card companies have their own timelines for issuing credits.
Please contact us If you receive any AgilePacks products that are defective or damaged and are not 100% satisfied. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information regarding the problem.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
